We welcome accommodating your financial needs and will submit all insurance forms on your behalf so you can enjoy the benefits you
deserve. We do everything in our power to help you pay for the treatments you need. A complete payment plan can be offered and
established with a payment schedule. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, or major credit cards. We offer interest free financing for our patients looking to finance their treatment needs
If you wish to cancel appointment, we request that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This advance notification is important so we can offer the appointment to another patient. If you do not re-schedule in time, a fee may be charged.
