We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm or 9 am to 6 pm on alternate days, for the convenience of offering late hours for our patients

New patients are typically asked to come in 15 minutes before their scheduled appointment time, to fill in new patient information. Please download and fill out the following forms before coming to your appointment to ensure a quicker visitation.

Payments are typically made on the date the service is rendered. We accept payments in the form of Cash, Check, ATM/Debit Cards, Charge cards (American Express & Discover), as well as Credit cards (Visa & MasterCard). Upon prior request, 12, 24 &am[; 36 month credit payment plans can be made available.

We request that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, in order that other patients can be given the opportunity.
